Mysterious Currency Transfers Before 9-11

Ground Based Radiation Detector Detects CME
On July 14, 2012 at 1424 EDT (1824 UTC, and 2:24PM local time) I believe that I detected a Coronal Mass Ejection, herein CME, an event where the sun bursts a massive amount of charged particles into space. These events are akin to solar flares, though not actually the same thing. The CME was detected by various organizations around the world and easily seen at SpaceWeather.com. At exatly 1824 UTC my detection units both noted a spike in high energy photon readings (gamma or X-ray from 10keV to 5 MeV).
Coronal Mass Ejection
Methods:
The Nekonome II Gamma Spectrometer, using a Radiation Sensors 6S6P1.5VD NaI(Tl) scintillation detector and a UCS30 MCA was run in multi-channel scaling mode, allowing for a gross count of detected photons for 60 second periods. The results were displayed as an x/y graph with the vertical y axis representing counts and the x axis representing time in increments of 60 seconds. A pancake Geiger Meuller detect with an LND7317 tube and an SE International Geiger counter was placed over other scintillation crystal. As a result, any photon radiation from the sun which impacted the crystal must also pass through the Geiger tube. Both units ran in concert for about an hour and the results were examined.
Results:
Both the output from Nekonome II and Geiger Graph software running on RadiationNetwork.com displayed a larger peak at 1824 UTC. This peak coincided with data from SpaceWeather.com indicating the strike of a CME at that same time. The most likely cause for the detection was a localized particle shower, yet the heavy lead shielding around the crystal detection ensure the energy detected must be above 500 keV and is more than likely above 1 MeV in energy. Without a high range gamma spectrometer, there is not conclusive proof of this find, but very probable data.

Sunday Miracle News: Broward County Court - 'Bedridden' Man WALKS!
A Florida man who was released from jail on $50 bail after claiming he was disabled and would be 'bedridden for the rest of his life' shocked the courtroom when he quickly stood up and walked out of court moment after being freed.
Carl Funk, age 58, was arrested on a five-year-old warrant for trespassing and having an open container of alcohol. He claimed he couldn't afford the judge's initial offer of $100 bail because he was permanently confined to his bed.
He looked unsteady as two officers, each one grabbing an arm to support him, guided him into a chair at the North Broward Detention Center in south Florida on Friday.
The judge questioned how Funk could have been found trespassing with a beer in his hand five years ago if he was confined to a bed, as he claimed.
Funk responded that two unnamed, unidentified men had carried him out of his bed and dumped him on the property where he was found by police.
Judge Hurley didn't buy that explanation, but he was sympathetic to Funk's claims that he couldn't afford the $100 to post bond.
So, the judge offered him a compromise -- $50 bail and he could pay it in installments over 6 months in exchange to pleading guilty to the charge.
When Funk agreed, Judge Hurley ordered him released.
It's at that point, Funk quickly stands up -- unaided -- and walks briskly away.
The judge, who was reviewing paperwork for the next case, did not realize what had happened until his courtroom burst into laughter.
'Did he get out of the chair and walk?' the bemused judge asks. 'He's been cured!'
Then, addressing Funk, who was no longer in the room, Judge Hurley advises: 'Sir, you're supposed to wait until you're off camera to get up and do somersaults, alright?'

Thanks to Norton2012ify for this observation! I was wondering about possible EMPs from this latest X-Class flare. Yesterday, at the time we were initially impacted, I had a huge power spike on my computer system. Understand that I have TWO surge protection devices set-up to my computer system running back to back. Meaning if I get a power surge in the first surge protector, my second protection device should kick in for added protection. Both systems have transformers that will maintain the power either adding or decreasing power automatically - BOTH are backed up with their own independent battery back-ups! Essentially, I am fully protected from any type of electrical power surges through my power line. And, I have this due to the fact that I run completely on an off-grid system.
So, I was pretty shocked when my system got a power surge to the computer, and had suspected an Electromagnetic Pulse, or EMP, through the atmosphere. This coincided with the exact time of initial impact of the X-Class solar flare! Anyhow - very interesting.
